These shall include juridical entities such as SEC registered corporations or partnerships and other entities endowed with juridical personalities by law. Each member shall be entitled to one official representative and one alternate, who are both directly involved in any or all of the functions of supply management, as certified by PISM Board.
The scope of Supply Management covers, but is not limited to, the following activities: Purchasing/Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, Inventory Control, Transportation and Shipping, Materials Management, Disposition/Investment Recovery, Warehousing, Distribution, Packaging, Product/Service Development, and Manufacturing Supervision.
These shall include individuals performing supply management as their main responsibility; individuals with a part time or full time appointment as a teacher, research specialist, department head, director or dean of a college, university, or other academic institution whose academic responsibility includes supply management or other related fields or subjects; individuals engaged in the business of providing consultant services, primarily in the field of supply management.
