The six-module, 22-day post-graduate program was launched in partnership with the De La Salle University - College of St. Benilde School of Professional and Continuing Education in February 2003.
The program is designed on a modular system and is intended for professionals and fresh college graduates who are new to the purchasing and supply management functions. Each module completed entitles each student with a certificate while completion of all modules entitles each student with a diploma.
Module 1: Demand Forecasting & Production Planning Get a deeper understanding of the various types and techniques of forecasting. This module discusses concepts and methods in supply chain management strategic planning.

Module II: The Purchasing Function and Processes Placing emphasis on the importance of purchasing in business and its roles in a business enterprise, this module provides a working knowledge and competency in purchasing functions and processes.

Module III: Procurement Law and Contract Management Discover how a contract fits into the purchasing and supply process. This module outlines buyers' and suppliers' obligations and describes the overall context under which a contract is prepared and managed.

Module IV: Negotiation Be prepared to conduct a negotiation in a professional way, substantially increasing your chances of success. Through this program, you will be shown how to set realistic and achievable negotiation objectives and targets, and to incorporate them into the development of negotiation strategies. In addition to these, the art of questioningm active listening and the use of tactices and different persuasion techniques are also explored.

Module V: Inventory and Warehouse Management Examine the operational and strategic management of inventories and learn the role of inventory management in improving the competitiveness of your enterprise. Discussions tackle key aspects of warehouse design and operations, forecasting supply requirements, reducing parts variety, evaluating inventory practices, and building an inventory management action plan. This module enables you to optimize inventory levels, evaluate opportunities to reduce holding costs and variety of supplies, achieve high level of internal and external customer service, minimize error rates, and achieve international standards of quality and traceability.
