• To provide technical support for 3rd party and internal application services
• To implement and document procedures and processes  concerning maintenance and support of Commerce One application  services and dependent third-party/in-house applications 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any Information Technology related course
• Must be competent in the following:
• Client server applications such as JAVA Enterprise, .NET, PHP, SAP
• SQL Server 2000 - Database Design and Query, DTS Implementation and Development
• Windows 2000 Systems administration
• Technical documentation
• Network implementation and troubleshooting (TCPIP, switching and routing, Firewall systems)
• Other OS platforms (Solaris and Linux)
• Msut have understanding and experience with integration and relevant technologies 
• Has excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with technical and non-technical users
